Prior to practicing law, Marci held senior leadership roles with Fortune 500 and multinational companies. In these roles, she advised executives and leadership teams on employment law compliance, employee relations, union negotiations, investigations, and risk management across unionized and non-union workforces.  Her background allows her to provide practical, business-minded legal counsel while maintaining a client-centered approach.

In addition to her labor and employment practice, Marci represents clients in family law matters, where her experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and advocacy translates into effective representation during emotionally complex disputes. Marci earned her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and holds a Certificate in Global Arbitration Law and Practice from Queen Mary University of London. She also holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Human Resource Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and maintains advanced professional certifications, including SHRM-SCP and SPHR.
