Marci Roche is an attorney whose practice focuses on labor and employment law. She brings more than a decade of executive-level experience in human resources, labor relations, and regulatory compliance to her legal practice, allowing her to approach client matters with a rare combination of legal insight, business acumen, and practical problem-solving.
Prior to practicing law, Marci held senior leadership roles with Fortune 500 and multinational organizations. In these positions, she advised executives and leadership teams on employment law compliance, employee relations, union negotiations, workplace investigations, and risk management across both unionized and non-union workforces. This experience provides her with a deep understanding of the operational and strategic realities organizations face, enabling her to deliver practical, business-minded legal counsel grounded in real-world experience.
Marci’s background in conflict resolution, negotiation, and workplace investigations also informs her approach to complex and sensitive disputes. Having guided individuals and organizations through high-stakes decisions and challenging circumstances, she brings a thoughtful, steady, and client-centered approach to advocacy.
Marci earned her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and holds a Certificate in Global Arbitration Law and Practice from Queen Mary University of London. She also holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Human Resource Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and maintains advanced professional certifications, including SHRM-SCP and SPHR.
